1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use knewu.co (the "Site") or buy from us. "KnewU", "we", "us" and "our" mean KnewU. "You" means the person using the Site or placing an order.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Refund policy and our Shipping policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United States to place an order.
3. Health information
KnewU is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine, and it doesn't contain hormones.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Information on the Site, in our emails and on our social channels is for general education only. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
- Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking KnewU if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication (including hormone therapy), have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Show them the full label.
- Read the full label and ingredient list before use, and don't take KnewU if you are allergic to any ingredient. Take it only as directed, and stop taking it and speak to your doctor if you have any adverse reaction.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Results vary from person to person. Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and aren't a promise of the results you'll have.
4. Products, prices and orders
- All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout.
- We try to show products, prices and availability accurately. If we make an obvious error, for example a wrong price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after we've confirmed it.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud or resale, or an order breaks these terms. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you've paid.
- We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
- Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you choose a subscription:
- Your subscription renews automatically. We'll charge the payment method you used, at the subscription price shown at checkout plus any sales tax, and send a new order every 30 or 90 days, depending on the supply you chose. This continues until you cancel.
- You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account at knewu.co, or by emailing hello@knewu.co. There are no cancellation fees and you don't need to call us. To stop your next order, cancel before its renewal date, which is shown in your account and in your reminder emails.
- Changes: we'll email you before any change to your price or delivery schedule.
- "% off for life": your subscription price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, current prices apply. We may change prices for other reasons (for example, a change in sales tax or a new product size). If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change, and you can cancel before it applies.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause your subscription, or cancel it.
6. Free gifts and offers
Free gifts come with qualifying orders as described on the Site, while stocks last. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged. Discount codes and offers can't be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Offers already applied to your order will still be honored.
7. Shipping, delivery and ownership
We ship to US addresses only. Delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Your order becomes yours, and the risk of loss passes to you, when it's delivered to the address you gave us.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and other refund terms are set out in our Refund policy.
9. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo, video or other content about KnewU, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and yours to share. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it, with your first name and last initial, to promote KnewU. We'll ask your permission before using your photo or video in advertising. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't selectively hide reviews based on their rating. If we give you anything in return for a review (for example a free product), we'll say so next to the review.
10. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you must not try to hack or disrupt it, scrape it, use it for anything unlawful, or buy products to resell without our written agreement.
11. Our content
The KnewU name, logo, text, images, designs and other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use only.
12. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
13. Disclaimers
We provide the Site "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises about the Site beyond those in these terms, and we don't promise that the Site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
14. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which KnewU is registered. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live. If you have a problem, please email hello@knewu.co first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. If we change subscription terms, we'll email active subscribers before the change applies.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Site and your orders.
